Akane Tachibana is a freshman high school student who, despite his talent for basketball, decides to abandon sports clubs due to the pressure put on him by them. Once he arrives at Kouzu High, however, he meets the only other basketball player who has ever caught his eye on the courts and decides to join the team. The first match of the season is an exhibition game against the league's strongest team, Hyamazaki—the team that Hiiragi's father coaches and in which his older brother plays for. Hiiragi ends up playing in the second half of the game, and they seem to not be working well together on the court, losing the game, until unintentionally one of the senior players on the team challenges them to beat him. They join forces, inspiring the team to victory. Thus starts the story of a group of teenagers working to reach the top, fighting tooth and nail the entire way.

Kenji is a manga about a Japanese teenager named Kenji, who practices the martial art Bajiquan, and his encounters with other martial artists, some of whom are from real life (e.g. Adam Hsu and Liu Chia-Liang). This series primarily features Bajiquan, but also gets into Tanglangquan, Baguazhang, Chen Taijiquan, Piguaquan, Xingyiquan, Xinyiliuhequan, Shaolinquan, Hung Gar, Daito ryu Aikijujutsu, Shotokan Karate and numerous other styles. Kenji's archnemesis is a gangster named Tony Tan who practices Hung Gar and later Xinyiliuhequan.
The series is based on the life of the author, Ryuchi Matsuda (Song Tian Long Zi in Mandarin), who has history involving Hakkyoku-ken (Bajiquan), Li Shu-Wen, and Liu Yun Qiao.

Shiro Masakatsu is a boy people can't stand to touch, whether they are male or female. He later meets the same girl at school, and another katana-wielder picking a fight with her. but these are no normal katanas but a special variety of katanas that are cursed but give their user great power in return, cursed katanas called youtou. youtou cannot be used if the condition of the curse is not met, like with the girl's katana the katana of .....WHAT!!!.... thats right kittys.. perversion, the youtou ganari the katana that can only be used when feeling perverted.....hehe how dirty right ^.^
